BOC enters Korean deal

BOC Gases has agreed to supply Samsung General Chemicals' Asan Bay plant in South Korea with a range of industrial gases. As part of the agreement, BOC has acquired the air separation and supply assets of Samsung for around £19million. The deal is part of an outsourcing operation at Samsung.
