Refinery post for Phillips
Foster Wheeler Energy has appointed Graham Phillips as chief refinery consultant, responsible for strategy, development and sales and marketing support for the company's refinery technology portfolio. Phillips has worked with Burmah Castrol, the National Refinery of South Africa, BPand UOP.
Needham helps out AMEC
AMEC has recruited former Minister for Trade Sir Richard Needham as a consultant 'to add weight to the company's international business development strategy'. The firm hopes Needham will help it win oil, gas and petrochemical contracts.
