Morton Machine models mixer melange
15 Jan 2000
With a history dating back to 1859, Morton Machine Company has an established reputation for its extensive range of mixers, blenders and process equipment. Now part of the Lodige group, Morton is showing on stand 311 with examples from its range, together with expert personnel available to discuss any application.
The 3000-litre ribbon blender, built by Morton for a ferric oxide application, may not fit into Hall 5 at the NEC but highlighted on the stand are full size Perspex working models of both a ribbon blender and a ploughshare mixer, which demonstrate the unique mixing capabilities of both designs.
Morton's range also includes Z-blade mixers, mixer-granulators, paddle blenders and specialist food mixers. The company has two well-equipped test centres for development work and client tests.
