Dounreay discharges targeted

NNC has won a turnkey contract from the UKAEA to design, build and commission a low level, liquid effluent treatment plant at Dounreay in Scotland. The £3 million plant, due for completion by early 1999, is part of an overall programme with the potential to cut radioactive discharges from Dounreay by 60 per cent.
