Paper recycling under control

ABB Industrial Systems has supplied a £1.5 million production and quality management information system (PQMS) to Aylesford Newsprint in Kent to optimise its manufacturing process. The largest single installation that ABB has developed, the PQMS controls the new PM14 paper machine, which is Europe's only dedicated producer of 100 per cent recycled newsprint from used newspapers and magazines.
