Oil production on the move

Whaley Engineering has completed the design and construction of the first of three process modules for use on the new BP `Schiehallion' oil production vessel operating in the West of Shetland oil fields. The £1 million contract was placed by Kvaerner. Ships such as the `Schiehallion' are an increasing alternative to fixed production platforms.
