A clear view of fuzzy logic

Aimed at demystifying fuzzy-logic control, Klockner-Moeller's latest compact PLC, the PS4-401-MM2, has been designed specifically for closed-loop control tasks using fuzzy logic. The fuzzy PLC is said to be an ideal replacement for traditional PID controllers that can handle only one variable. Klockner is organising a series of seminars to dispel the mystique that it says still surrounds fuzzy logic technology.
