Watts going on at PC Soft

Richard Watts, is to head up the European operations at process control software specialist PC Soft International. He was previously managing director of the company's UK business. The current incumbent of the Brussels office, Nimrod Halfon, is to take up a senior executive division at the company's international headquarters in Israel.
