Honeywell to close valves

The Pennsylvania-based globe control valve business of Honeywell has been bought by General Signal on behalf of its DeZurik subsidiary.
The globe valves will join DeZurik's other control valve products, including V-port, butterfly, precision electric, rotary control, and metal-seated ball valves.
The globe products come in a variety of configurations from single- and double-seat straight-through, to tight shut-off and balanced cage in sizes ranging from 12 to 16in.
