Sira Certification Service, the appointed body to operate MCERTS scheme, has issued the first five MCERTS certificates to manufacturers of continuous emissions monitoring systems. (see PE Sept) Certificates were issued for Codel's Model 3000 gas analyser, Servomex's Xendos 2510 HCl analyser, ABB's Zirconia ZFG2/ZDT oxygen analyser, PCME's DT780 dust monitor and Codel's Site Gard 21 dust monitor.
