NEL wins UK contract

The Department of Trade and Industry is to fund a new three-year `flow programme' at the National Engineering Laboratory in East Kilbride. Worth several million pounds, the project aims to improve flow measurement, focusing on water industry flow meters and new technology to measure multiphase flow in the offshore oil and gas industry.
