Kobe Steel to build in Saudi

Kobe Steel is to build two process plants in Saudi Arabia: a 70,000tpa chlor-alkali plant, slated to produce caustic soda, and a 30,000tpa epicholohydrin plant, which will supply epoxy resin producers. The contract, from Al-Jubail Chemical Industries, is worth $160million.
