New unit for MES markets

Wonderware Manufacturing Systems is a recently formed business unit of the Siebe subsidiary Wonderware Corporation, developer of FactorySuite plant automation software.
In addition to serving global manufacturing companies, the new unit will be responsible for bringing the InTrack production tracking module and work-in-process (WIP) tracking product to market.
According to md Dave Wangler, `our involvement with key manufacturers is intended to drive an expansion of traditional MES functionality that will ultimately result in new shrink-wrapped MES software from Wonderware.'
