Engineering contractors Uhde and Krupp Koppers are to merge into a single firm, Krupp Uhde. Based in Dortmund, the merged company's activities will span the design and construction of coking, aromatics, fertiliser, oil and gas, organic chemical, electrochemical, fibres and power generation plants.
