Valve provides millilitre control

Fisher Controls has entered the specialty low flow segment of the control valve market (below 0.02 Cv) with the Baumann Model 51000. Claimed to be the only valve of its kind featuring a patented trim design with bubble-tight shutoff and greater than 100:1 rangeability, the 51000 has an integral positioner with no exposed pipework or linkages.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel in 1+4 and 1+2in sizes, the valve can control down to fractions of a millilitre and find applications in any processes involving the use of additives, colouring or dyes.
