PREDICT INDICES UP-DATE

Concluding our monthly presentation of the PREDICT UK and international plant cost indices for this year, we bring you up to date as far as July 1997. The remainder of 1997 follows next year.
As usual, the composite UK index comprises the following components:
IM for mechanical engineering; IE for electrical/instrument engineering; IC for civil engineering; IS for site engineering; and IO for project overheads.
Remember, all indices (UK and international) are calculated to the base of 1990(averaged) = 100.
