Varimetrix Corporation is launching its next CAD/CAM product line called VX Vision. With features like fully integrated solid and advanced surface modeling, 3-5 axis NC programming, advanced rendering and animation and a comprehensive set of translators, Varimetrix believe it is the most powerful Windows CAD/CAM available.
At the core of the VX Vision is UPG2, the high performance hybrid geometric modeling kernal which was developed and owned by Varimetrix.
In exhaustive benchmark testing, VX Vision beat all leading CAD/CAM systems in speed, robustness and breadth of functionality. The product is scheduled for general distribution in 1999.
