Martron bought by Yokogawa

Measurement and control manufacturers Yokogawa has bought Martron Instruments, of High Wycombe. The acquisition covers both the sales and calibration operations of Marton Instruments.
Martron has been the exclusive UK representative for test and measurement division of Yokogowa since the 1970's.
The new company will operate alongside Yokogawa's other UK based operations. These include process control in Runcorn, Cheshire; industrial safety shutdown systems in Milton Keynes and Marex Technology on the Isle of Wight who specialise in process information management software.
