Flowserve's German buy

Dallas-based Flowserve is to acquire Honeywell's industrial control valve and related products business, based near Frankfurt, for an undisclosed sum. Mainly serving chemicals, refining and pharmaceuticals companies, the business garnered sales of around $10million last year. It will help Flowserve establish itself in the European market, the company says.
