Phillips Petroleum has signed a 15-year contract with National Power Cogen to buy electricity from a new power plant to be built at Teesside's Norsea Terminal (above). Costing £28million, the 60MW (80MW in total with waste heat recovery) gas-fired CHP station will form a vital part of the operation of the 750000bpd oil terminal
