BOC revamps non-executive roster

Christopher King, who retired as chairman of BP Europe in 1994, has been named a non-executive director of the BOC Group. Meanwhile, two long-serving non-executive directors are retiring - Bob Malpas and Christopher Tugendhat - who have sat on the board for 14 and 11 years, respectively.
