PREDICT INDICES up-date
15 Jan 2000
Returning to our monthly presentation of the PREDICT UK and international plant cost indices after a few months while we reviewed the past 10 years, we now bring you up to date as far as May 1997.
As usual, the composite UK index comprises the following components:
IM for mechanical engineering; IE for electrical/instrument engineering; IC for civil engineering; IS for site engineering; and IO for project overheads.
Remember, all indices (UK and international) are calculated to the base of 1990(averaged) = 100.
