Phys props plus from new data
15 Jan 2000
Process simulation would not be possible without a reliable source of physical properties data for the components involved in the process being modelled. The well-known American Institute of Chemical Engineering's DIPPR database of phys props can now be augmented with private or company data through DIPPR Plus, a program that accepts user data for storage and future access.
Along with DIPPR Plus, distributor Technical Database Services (332) is also releasing an improved Windows version of the core DIPPR database. This contains 29 fixed properties and 13 temperature-dependent properties for 1584 pure components.
