Engineering direction at IChemE

Anthony Barber has been named director of engineering with the Institution of Chemical Engineers. A special professor at the University of Nottingham and formerly manager of equipment engineering with Shell in the Netherlands, Barber has been involved with the IChemE for over 30 years. He is the second person to hold this post; his predecessor, Colin Bailey, is retiring.
