The Procedair Division of Stein Atkinson Stordy has recently won two major orders to supply pollution control equipment. An £8million contract for flue gas cleaning plant for the Coventry & Solihull Waste Disposal Company's municipal waste-to-energy plant is one of the largest placed in this sector, while a £1million order from Alcan Smelting & PowerUK has just been completed at Lynemouth, Northumberland.
