Designed for high speed operation, Advanced Engineering claims its mixers/homogenisers are virtually self-cleaning and maintenance-free.
The range includes both in-line and vessel mounted units, with the latter normally used in conjunction with stirrers or scrapers for high viscosity media. In-line units can be supplied for both pilot plants and high production volumes.
The machines feature single, double or triple head operation, each head being equipped with a wide range of generators. These generators consist of single or multiple concentric rows of alternate fixed stators and high-speed rotors.
According to Advanced, the diversity of drive power and speeds delivers high dispersing effects with unusual degrees of fineness.
