Remote display

IFM Electronic's latest range of solid-state pressure sensors are particularly suited for demanding environments, being designed to withstand very high overpressure levels.
Constructed with stainless steel bodies with an IP67 protection rating, the sensors are set up via the cable, with no need for mechanical adjustment.
The sensors will also accept commands from an optional plug-in programmer, which has an integral pressure display, making it unnecessary to use a separate gauge.
Usually, the programmer is unplugged from the sensor to be used elsewhere, but it can remain connected when a remote display is needed or for frequent set-point adjustments.
The sensors use IFM's ceramic-cell pressure sensing technology, which uses no springs, bellows or other moving parts. This means that the devices are 'exceptionally robust and totally maintenance-free', says IFM.
Suitable for hydraulic or pneumatic applications and running off dc supplies in the 9.6-30V range, the sensors cover the pressure ranges 0-10bar, 0-25bar, 0-250bar and 0-400bar.
