Deadline for £50k science and engineering scholarship extended to 10 May

Awarded by the charity Engineers in Business Fellowship (EIBF), the Sainsbury Science Management Fellows MBA scholarship is aimed at scientists and engineers with a proven career track record.

It funds recipients for study at a selection of leading UK business schools including Imperial, Judge (Cambridge), Said (Oxford), Alliance Manchester, Cranfield and Warwick.

Applicants are required to:

• Have a degree in a science or allied technology discipline? - preferably a first or upper second class
• Demonstrate business leadership qualities and commitment to UK economic development
• Have 4-10 years professional experience post-degree
• Have taken a GMAT exam, with a target score of 650+
• Be a UK citizen able to demonstrate a clear intention to reside in the UK following completion of the MBA

To date, more than 400 Sainsbury Management Fellows have been created since the scholarship’s foundation in 1987.
