New offshore industry committee

The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) has established a new offshore industry committee. The Offshore Industry Advisory Committee (OIAC) succeeds the former Oil Industry Advisory Committee (Oil IAC), which had a wider brief for both on- and offshore oil
