A new family of two wire level and flow products designed for integration into intelligent process control systems will be exhibited by Krohne, on stand H31-J36 (302). The new range includes the BM 702, a two-wire intermittent frequency modulated continuous wave level radar. Also included is the BM 102 which is an intrinsically safe 2-wire time domain reflectometry (TDR) level meter. The TDR meter makes TDR tecnology an affordable alternative to capacitance probes, pressure transmitters and ultrasonic probes. The level meters are not affected by density, pressure, temperature, conductivity and product changes and are suitable for many applications in the processing, chemical and oil industries.
