White Paper to focus on jobs

The government is planning a White Paper on science and innovation, intended to focus on creating `high-skill, high-wage jobs', says science minister Lord Sainsbury. It will set out policies to `promote university-industry collaboration, help scientists develop business skills, and encourage small companies to undertake more research and development,' he explains.
