One of the most versatile conveyor belt weighing systems on the market, Milltronics' Universal Scale (MUS) can be found in the quarrying, mining, chemical and utility industries.
The MUS continuously weighs products such as aggregates, sand or minerals, at minimal cost. It is a universal fit on all conveyor widths, easily installed between idlers as little as 500mm apart.
Installation is a simple `drop-in' process involving only four bolts. Once installed only a periodic calibration check is needed, with mechanical stops protecting the system against overload.
The MUS operates with the Accumass BW100 integrator, which shows flow rate, weight, belt load and speed on a display.
