Nichols Food has chosen Kemutec to supply a new Gardner mixer at its beverage production facility at Haydock. A batch that contains 20 or more 25kg bags of up to 12 different ingredients have to be blended to a high degree of homogeneity.
The new mixer produces three or four times the previous batch sizes. The mixer is quicker to fill and clean than its predecessor and offers the food company further capacity in the future.
