Home and dry with Lindor

Orthos Engineering supplies stainless steel Lindor mixers for use with dry materials. The mixer is available in 12 sizes ranging from 70 to 14 000 litres, and is a rotating drum design fitted with internal tapered scoops which eliminate dead space. Lindor claims the mixer avoids product degradation, as it is does not contain components which move internally relative to the drum. Mixing times are 1-3min, which avoids product damage.
