KBBV and Diester Industrie are to create a joint venture specialising in the production and marketing of biodiesel.
White Plains, NY-based agribusiness giant Bunge’s European subsidiary, KBBV, and Diester Industrie have received approval from the European Commission to create a joint venture specialising in the production and marketing of biodiesel (vegetable oil methyl ester).
