9 x 9 DOE Pattern Generator for 1064nm Lasers

Added to Holo-Or’s Multi Spot series is a new DOE (diffractive optical element) that generates 9 x 9 beams each separated by 0.25 degrees projecting 81 beams resulting in a square array of 2 by 2 degrees.
The same kind of optics can be designed for other wavelengths such as 266 nm, 532 nm, 632.8 nm and 1550 nm at custom separation angles. The beams can be focussed into spots by a single focusing lens, producing a far field pattern as shown in the figure. In this case the 1 inch diameter lens 3 mm thick made from fused silica can be supplied, also with high power laser AR coatings.
