Dosing Pump Is Compact, Robust And Versatile

The XB range of hydraulically actuated dosing pumps, available through dosing pump specialists MILTON ROY UK, deliver flow rates up to 310 l/hr at maximum pressures up to 105 bar. Compact and robust, XB pumps are also fully interchangeable with other models in the MRoyB range, so retro-fitting them into existing process systems is possible.
These competitively priced and versatile pumps incorporate a number of important features. For example; adjustable flow while running or stopped from 0 to 100% of the nominal flow, ±1% accuracy within the range 10 to 100% of the nominal flow ±1% and a capability of handling pumped fluids at +90ºC for the metallic liquid end version and +50ºC for the plastic liquid end option.
XB pumps also include features which are designed to maximise savings on installation and maintenance such as, a built-in relief valve to prevent pump damage if the discharge system becomes blocked during operation and a built-in bleed screw to enable easy priming.
Automatic air-venting maintains the pumps repetitive accuracy in long service operation while an integral oil bath lubricates and protects the pumps moving parts to ensure optimum efficiency during continuous heavy duty operation.
Materials of construction are cast iron housing, with liquid end body construction, check valve cartridge and seats all available in PVC or 316L stainless steel.
Diaphragm material is PTFE and seals are in Viton. To suit specific applications other liquid end materials are offered, for example Alloy 20, with springs in Hastelloy C for sulphuric acid.
