Haden Freeman is an established player in the building and design of pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plants. Park Place Research, meanwhile, claims extensive experience in strategic process research and development.
HFL – Park Place’s offerings include joint expertise in scaling up batch crystallisation processes from laboratory right through to production. This, said Haden Freeman, includes optimising processes in the areas of particle size distribution or crystal form towards improving process cycle times and reproducibility.
The new operation also offers Process Analytical Technology (PAT) services for managing data from unit processors to ensure increased manufacturing capability, said a Haden Freeman statement.
According to Aled Finniear, chief executive officer of Park Place: “We are now able to offer companies a complete range of services from process research, right through to manufacture.”
