Dr David Brown takes over as new CEO of the Institution of Chemical Engineers
Rugby, UK — Dr David Brown has taken up his position as the new chief executive officer of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), the organisation announced 24 Oct.
Brown was formerly head of the UK technology and innovation management practice at Arthur D Little Ltd, and previously held a series of senior positions at ICI’s chemicals, materials and biotechnology businesses. He holds a double first in Natural Sciences and a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge.
