AxFlow and SPX in distribution deal

AxFlow to extend its distribution of Waukesha and Bran+Luebbe pumps in Europe.
London — Fluid handling equipment supplier AxFlow has entered an agreement with SPX Process Equipment, Delavan, Winconsin, to extend its distribution of Waukesha and Bran+Luebbe pumps in Europe.
Under the deal, AxFlow will broaden its distribution of the two brands to include Finland, Norway, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland. Bran+Luebbe will also be distributed in Sweden, and Waukesha in Germany.
AxFlow is a leading supplier of positive displacement pumps and systems to the process industry, claims Mats Karlsson, president and CEO of the AxFlow Group. “SPX and AxFlow together will become the leader in supplying equipment for the European markets for the food and sanitary industries.”SPX manufactures fluid processing equipments, metering and blending systems and industrial valves under brands including Bran+Luebbe, Lightnin, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Copes-Vulcan, M&J Valve, DeZurik, OFM, Plenty and Premier Mill.
