The process lab is a robust analytical system which allows various parameters to be measured at several measuring points in the production cycle.
The Process Lab is configured in accordance with your specific analytical requirements, this being achieved by combining several analytical modules:
Direct Measurement
pH, redox, conductivity, Ion Specific Electrode measurements (including standard addition),
Titration
Dynamic and monotone
End point
Karl Fischer titration
Photometry/ Spectroscopy

The Process Lab also allows integration of third party equipment into the system e.g. Refractive Index, Viscometry or Density
These modules have hermetically separated process and electrical sections which are housed in a dust and splash proof housing. The modular concept means that your system is flexible i.e. the individual modules can be reconfigured in the future as part of a new analytical system as your requirements change
Standard interfaces permit the installation of the various analysis modules at different locations or separation of the control panel from the analysis module. This offers numerous advantages e.g. analytical tasks in Clean Rooms or Hazardous Areas.
