New from Atlas Copco Tools: The BLM LABwrench & QCwrench for joint analysis, quality control & tightening
Atlas Copco Tools, the leading manufacturer of ergonomically designed industrial power tools, has recently introduced the BLM LABwrench and QCwrench to its portfolio of products, providing all you need for effective joint analysis and quality control.
The BLM LABwrench is designed to provide an advanced and multi-purpose electronic torque/angle wrench that is capable of performing a variety of functions in lab, quality control and tightening applications.
Key features of the BLM LABwrench include:
- Graphics/text display with simple intuitive software
- Joint analysis to investigate joint behaviour, including checking or establishing tightening specifications
- Torque/angle measurement
- Alarm function pre-settable in 3 different thresholds
- Advanced electronic gyroscope for angle measurement
- Ability to work ‘stand alone’ or in connection to torque supervisor
The BLM QCwrench enables effective quality control through measurement of residual torque and evaluation of the measurement data.
Accessories available include a range of fitting tools and an external battery cradle.
