Project includes new line to feed three blending pans for producing specialist engine and machine oils
Bradford, UK -- Engineers at Millers Oils of Brighouse, West Yorkshire, have installed a new line to feed three blending pans for producing specialist engine and machine oils, updated the company’s existing additive lines.
Millers Oils -- an independent lubricant and process oil manufacturer for the truck, motorsport, automotive and engineering industries -- required the new capacity to meet growing demand for its lubricants.
The expansion project featured equipment from Bradford-based Thorite, which supplied 24 Bonomi pneumatic valve actuators, plus a range of Norgren pneumatic control valves and filter regulators. The pneumatic equipment controls various pumps with auto switch off in the additive lines for the production of formulations for both diesel and petrol engines.
