Easy Mounting with Rittal RiLine60 Busbars

Rittal’s new busbar system, available for up to 1600 amps with a choice of flat or profile bar, combines assembly time saving with individual modularity.

Control gear can be assembled and wired on the RiLine60 support frame and then mounted directly onto the busbar system. Modular control gear widths are supported from 45mm and component adaptors can be bayed together with ease.

Three different mounting options are available: assembly without a support frame; assembly with separate support frame, to ensure minimal downtime when replacing equipment by separating the support frame from the component adaptor and finally, the pin block to supplement the DIN rail sections, which gives reliable support of the contactor for all standard manufacturers of starter and reverser combinations.

Whether flat or the PLS profile busbar, personal protection is always assured with systems complying with IP2X (protection against finger access).
