Energy efficient cooling of people and Buildings

EcoCooling will be available at stand 5756 at Total 2007 to discuss and demonstrate the application of evaporative cooling for the cooling of buildings and people. Evaporative cooling is an ideal solution for cooling energy intensive factories and warehouses. Print and packaging processes also benefit from the stabilised humidity levels it produces

A standard EcoCooler, covering an area of approx. 200sqm can produce up to 35KW of cooling in the UK whilst consuming only 1.5KW of electricity. Typically an installation is a quarter of the cost of traditional air-conditioning and 15% of the running costs.

Small to medium enterprises (SME’s) can qualify for an interest free loan from the Carbon Trust to cover the complete installation cost. EcoCooling staff will advise visitors of the simple, quick application process which can result in an interest free loan of up to £100k over 4 years.
