Advances in Pipe Freezing

Ice plugs for emergency repairs, can now be made on pipes up to 12² diameter using the Accu-Freeze Pipe Freezing System.

Any stationary liquid inside a pipe can be frozen with this automatically controlled liquid nitrogen freezing system, so that pipelines do not need to be drained and allowing relatively high speed repairs in critical areas.

In cases where water or other fluid systems need to be on line continuously, the Accu-Freeze system can be set up, a repair or replacement completed and the pipeline returned to normal in a fraction of the time that it would take if the system had to be drained.

Ice Plugging offers the additional advantage that the fluid in the system can be saved.

Now old, dangerous and hit and miss home made liquid nitrogen freezing methods can be eliminated by this safe, controlled production system.
