It was praised for its investment in a new purpose-built factory and state-of-the-art equipment, together with the development of comprehensive training systems such as Q Pulse and NVQ. In late 2006 a long-term training programme for staff to attain N/SVQ Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques was started to help improve personal career development and business performance.
