The latest level sensor is resistant to contamination and fully meets the technique’s high demands by using the optical principle. Liquid mediums can be conductive, non-conductive, cloudy or clear. The sensor head is made of borosilicate glass and there is a choice of fieldmountable casings, including stainless steel. The instrument is easy to use and there is no requirement for electrical connection or mechanical movement between the fluid and sensor. The limit angle changes dependent on whether the sensor tip is surrounded by liquid or air.
