The Droitwich-based combustion specialist has supplied specialist burner equipment to The Authentic Food Company to replace existing plant. A Nuway XGN 2100 modulating burner complete with variable speed drive on the combustion fan is fitted into a 2,000kg/h Byworth Yorkshireman 2 boiler to create steam cooking processes. The combination will provide savings on energy usage and running costs. Managing director James Sopwith says the contract demonstrates Nu-way’s energy-efficient products continue to be first choice for food applications.
