Metrohm ProcessLab is a new atline analyser that continues the success of the Titrando range of laboratory titrators for the analysis of nickel, hypophosphite and alkalinity in electroless nickel plating baths. It uses well established hardware and software, including the Titrando titrator and tiamo software. The system can be used at several points in the manufacturing process and incorporates an industrial PC and I/O controller for sending data to process control systems. All liquid handling steps are performed by pumps and burets controlled by ProcessLab.
